1. 一般英语不用说欢迎什么什么，也就是后面的一大串一般不说一般说欢迎到某地即可，比如“welcome to our company”2. 如果硬要把“欢迎参加本次培训”都按字面意思翻出来也可以说成“welcome attend this training”但是就比较生硬了，也显得英语不是很地道3. 如果你英语比较好，发言可以多说几句welcome to our company, and thank your so much for attending this training总之，看你发挥了，不见得要一一对应
