商务部的标准条款是: 本合同经双方授权代表签字后立即生效。The effective date of the Contract is from the Contract Signing Date by two parties. 合同有效期为自合同生效之日起，到保证期满并理赔完毕，货款两清之日止。 The validity period of the Contract will be from the date of the effectiveness of the Contract to the date of expiration of warranty period and all compensation cleared (if any).

This contract is valid after the legal representatives or authorized representatives from both sides sign and stamp the contract.

The agreement takes effect when both parties sign and seal it. Both parties have a copy of the signed and sealed agreement
