“森林里有河吗？”用英文是“is there a river in the forest。”在英文里，这里的河是单数。河river的复数是rivers，这句里没说森林里有一条河还是有很多河，所以我们默认为一条河。如果我们想说有很多河，可以这么说“there are many rivers in the river。”有的单词是单复同形，比如：羊sheep，鱼fish，衣服clothes，剪子scissors等。
