竞赛日程
按当前计划，北京冬奥会将有19个比赛日、228个竞赛单元，2022年2月2日开赛，4日举行开幕式，20日闭幕。冰壶将是最早开赛的项目，在开幕式前两天就将举行第一场混合双人循环赛。越野滑雪女子30公里集体出发决赛是最后一个结束的比赛项目，在闭幕式当天下午举行。
冬奥会15个分项共组建了11个竞赛团队；相约北京系列冬季体育赛事、北京冬奥会和冬残奥会将尽最大可能使用同样的国内技术官员，充分体现节俭办赛的要求。
