需要选择一组能全面考察网络分析仪测量参数的标准件对其校准配件一致。 校准类型分为：开路响应、单端口反射、短路响应、全SOLT双端口、直通响应、全TRL双端口、直通响应+隔离、全SOLT3端口。 校准方法：无引导校准、有引导校准、Ecal。 校准后系统误差修正：方向性、源匹配、隔离、负载匹配、频率响应传输统调、频率响应反射统调。 在实际工作中通常选择全SOLT双端口有引导校准的模式，具体校准步骤如下： 校准配件定义必须与所用实际校准配件一致，进行引导式校准时，PNA将显示下列对话框： SelectDUTConnectorss（选择被测件的连接器） SelectCalKits（选择校准配件） Preview/ModifySettings（预观察/修改设置） GuidedCalibrationStep（引导校准步骤） 选择校准配件及DUT连接器类型 设定频率范围 有两种设定频率范围的方法：规定范围的起始频率和终止频率；规定中心频率范围的所需间隔。中频带宽设置为1KHz；为了确保精确测量校准，应进行用于测量的相同点数的校准，为了找出最佳点数，应寻求一个在增加点数时测量并无显著差别的值，为了实现更快的吞吐率，应利用能给出可接受精度的最少数据点数，扫描时间默认。PNA在所选定的测量设置下自动保持尽可能快的扫描时间。 按照矢量网络分析仪引导步骤进行SOLT双端口校准。 校准结束后会出现求助对话框 允许退出校准驱动程序或继续储存选择项 No.Finshnow.退出校准驱动程序。 Yes允许选择储存选择项。 Finish完成下列操作： 将校准设置存储到存储器中 启动修正 退出校准驱动程序 按照工作需求选择，选择Finish后两端口之间即可加入被测件进行参数测量。 应用实例 应用本校准方法对标量混频器校准，实行双端口校准：一端在DUT的输入频率上，另一端在其输出频率上（如果DUT是线性器件，则校准只用输入频率范围），可利用机械的校准工具箱，接功率计探头到PNA的端口1，在输入和输出频率的每一步骤上对功率探头的输入匹配和PNA的源功率进行测量。在DUT测量过程中，PNA利用校准的结果来降低测量误差，实践证明：在DUT测量过程中，PNA利用校准的结果来降低测量误差，校准是改善测量精度的十分有效的手段。
