怀孕周期是指从受孕到生产之间的时期，简称孕期。医学上规定，以末次月经的第一天起计算预产期，整个孕期共为280天。由于每位女性月经周期长短不一，所以推测的预产期与实际预产期有1～2周的出入也是正常的。
通常在知道自己怀孕后，医生会帮助计算分娩日期。一般计算生产日期有以下两种方法：一种是根据引起妊娠的性生活日期或排卵期，另一种是根据最后月经的日期来计算。
由于大多数人很难记住最重要的是很难确定引起妊娠的日期，因此临床上普遍采取的计算方法是按照最后一次月经的第一天来计算。
也就是说当您下一次月经迟迟未来时您可能才意识到怀孕了，而这时候您实际上已经怀孕至少2周了。按照最后月经的日期来计算的分娩期实际是把最后一次月经的那一周作为怀孕的第一周。
妊娠期一般为280天左右，也就是9个月零1周。计算宝宝的出生日期有一个公式为：月份+9(或-3)，日期+7。
行经期3～5天,就算你是3天,末次月经来潮日期是2004年11月28日。例：末次月经来潮日期是2004年11月28日。预产期为：11月-3月=8月，28日+7日=35日即次年的9月；35日-31日=4日。预产期为2005年9月4日。

一、本项中涉及到禁用(或慎用)某些药物的患者或某种特殊情况，例如：
