英语抽题演讲技巧
即兴演讲比赛大体可以分为两种。一种是在比赛之前，给演讲者一个较大的内容范围和一段准备时间，在比赛中再抽题演讲。另一种则是没有内容范围，只是在演讲开始后抽题，做短暂准备后即开始演讲。前者表现出模糊性的特点，后者表现出临场性的特点。根据这两者的各自特点，其准备方法也有两种;
1、模糊性准备方法。演讲者在一个较大的范围里得知了演讲内容，但并不了解具体题目。在这个基点上进行准备，首先要多做一些深度上，也就是哲学上的思考。其次是纵向与横向上的比较与结合。从哲学上思考问题，就是要求演讲者具备比较宏观的把握事物的能力，能居高临下地看待问题，全面深刻地思考。这时，虽然具体目标比较虚，但先有了准备，一旦拿到具体题目，模糊的目标就会迅速变得清晰起来。在这一准备方法中还要求演讲者围绕纵向与横向的比较与结合去丰富资料，充实内容。考虑的范围要大，挖掘要深。观点需要用人物事例来具体说明;人物事例丰富了，也容易归纳，总结出新的观点。
2、临场性准备方法。即兴演讲者不知道演讲内容的范围，只是在比赛时才拿到题目，这种准备难度较大。为了在演讲前的几分钟内，把演讲的腹稿组织得较完善，通常的准备方法是“点的分布法”。当演讲者拿到题目后，在短暂的临场准备时间里，应该围绕着题目进行“点”的分布。“点”可以是一个很有感情色彩的事例，一句幽默风趣的话，一位伟人或者哲人的警句，所要阐述观点的核心词语等等。然后，就要马上考虑这些“点”之间的联系，围绕着主题，将其分布在恰当的位置上，最后连贯成文。
如何出色完成英语演讲
准备好演讲材料。
首先，对于一次英语演讲，一定要提前准备好演讲材料，可以收集大量的文献资料，完成演讲材料，一定要把自己想要表达的通过演讲材料很好地表现出来，一篇出色的演讲稿是完成出色演讲的关键。
勤奋的英语口语练习。
对于拟定好的英语演讲稿子，一定要在正式演讲之前，勤奋的练习稿子内容，熟悉每一个英语句子、每一个单词，把这些都要做好，对于英语稿子的整体发音要做到准确无误。
保持良好的状态。

英语演讲比赛应如何准备
首先你要非常清楚演讲比赛的主题是什么，然后根据自己的情况去选择是找一篇演讲稿还是要自己写，我建议，如果是初中生，可以在网上或者向老师求助找一篇演讲稿，如果是高中以上的同学并且写作能力还可以的同学就可以试着自己写一篇，我个人来讲是比较喜欢自己写的，因为自己了解自己写的内容，并并且对稿子的理解也会更强一些。
然后就是对演讲稿的的意思理解和文章生词，如果是自己的写的稿子，可能这个问题不是很大。如果是找的演讲稿，一定先要把稿子中的生词的意思和发音查清楚，把单词的音标写在单词旁边，以免在以后练习的时候忘了。还有就是一定要把文章中那些自己不是很确定如何发音的词查清楚，千万不要含糊，因为在比赛中，不确定发音的词如果很多，听起来音不是很饱满，总感觉底气不足，所以千万不要手懒。
我建议在背稿子之前先把稿子读个而是二十几遍，先练一下演讲稿的语感，尤其是找的演讲稿，并且通过读去搞清楚哪些地方要停顿，稿子哪些地方连读比较好，或是哪些地方要重读、语调是声调还是降调，关于这些细节问题一定要在读的时候就搞清楚。这个可以自己先琢磨，通过对文章的理解先自己分析一下，然后再让老师给些建议。
然后读熟之后，就是要背稿子了，首先要把稿子背熟。在背的时候要注意那些单词的发音，尤其是你不太熟悉的那些词的发音。当我们在拿稿子读的时候，我们因为有稿子，所以底气非常足，一旦脱稿，即使是自己的背的时候也会感觉有些紧张，所以一定要背熟，一定要在脱稿的把所有音都发准。
在背熟之后就要注意在演讲时的感情，句子停顿，重读等是否可以真正的做到。然后还有一个就是我们可以在脑海中想一下你理想中的效果，不论你是否可以达到，就像我们都看过别人演讲多多少少都知道一些关于演讲时的感觉，只是缺乏实际经验而已，所以我们不妨想象一下对于你的演讲稿，你的理想效果是什么，然后在练习中试着与你的想象靠近。我觉得还是有点作用的，因为当时第一次参加英语演讲比赛时就这么做的。
如何学习出色的英语演讲稿
在学习演讲稿之前，不能漏掉的一个环节就是背景才材料，也就是这个演讲稿所阐述话题后背景是什么，或是跟当今时代形式有关，或是跟历史发展有关，总之，一定要知道这演讲稿后的背景知识，学习背景知识有利于更好的理解演讲稿所阐述的主题和内容。
我们应该找一下出色的演讲稿，像一些英语学习网站或者软件上应该都有，我建议大家可以先打印出来几篇出色的演讲稿，先不用着急找那么多，慢慢的来学就好，世界上一些出色的演讲稿都是出自总统、首先或是有影响力的人物，而他们的演讲主题也属于高级领域，不要觉得这些领域跟我们没挂系，其实多学习这些，有助于提高我们思想的深度和思考问题的角度。
把演讲稿打印下来，就是先找原声音频听一下，看你能听出来多少，听不懂得也不用着急。接下来就是看着演讲稿把它读一遍，记得标注下不认识的单词和发音拿不准的单词，不要觉得麻烦，既是要学习出色的演讲稿，就把每一个单词先认会，保证你熟悉这些单词。
接下来就是精读，尽量找出演讲稿的中文翻译。精读演讲稿的时候发现有读不懂的句子或你不熟悉的句式标注下来，试着翻译一下，然后去对照中文，看看两种语言表达的差别。必须要把每个句子弄懂，知道是什么意思，这样也有利于之后的不背诵，不然连看都看不懂，就算背也只是死记硬背，然学习就没有什么意义了。
