中文学名：黄花鱼

拉丁学名：Larimichthys (D. S. Jordan et Starks, 1905)

又名黄鱼，石首鱼科黄鱼属的一属黄鱼的统称。生于东海中，鱼头中有两颗坚硬的石头，叫耳石，故又名石首鱼。鱼腹中的白色鱼鳔可作鱼胶，有止血之效，能防止出血性紫癜。

拉丁学名：Lateolabrax japonicus

鲈鱼，又称花鲈、寨花、鲈板、四肋鱼等，俗称鲈鲛，与黄河鲤鱼、鳜鱼及黑龙江兴凯湖大白鱼并列为“中国四大淡水名鱼”。我国的鲈鱼品种以松江鲈为主，又名四腮鲈鱼，也称虎头鱼。

拉丁学名：Anguillidae

鳗鱼，别名：白鳝、白鳗、河鳗、鳗鲡、溪滑、青鳝、日本鳗。鳗鱼是指属于鳗鲡目分类下的物种总称。又称鳝，是一种外观类似长条蛇形的鱼类，具有鱼的基本特征。此外鳗鱼与鲑鱼类似具有洄游特性。鳗鱼属鱼类，似蛇，但无鳞，一般产于咸淡水交界海域。

英文名：Japanese Spanish mackerel

中文学名：鲅鱼

拉丁学名：Scomberomorus niphonius

鲅鱼学名“蓝点马鲛”，我国的渤海、黄海、东海以及朝鲜近海是其主要分布地。其体态光滑娇美，呈纺锤形，一般体长0.3～0.5米，最长可达1米，背部为蓝黑色，布满蓝色斑点，腹部为银灰色，习惯于紧贴水面浮游，尾鳍与背鳍通常露出来。
