我想说，我曾经真的是非常非常喜欢裸睡的一个人，因为我们结婚后是和公婆分开住的，也就是说比较自由，也给自己裸睡提供了非常好的条件^_^之所以喜欢裸睡是因为裸睡真的很舒服，完全的没有束缚感。一般睡衣都比较宽松，有些款式还有吊带什么的，而我在睡觉时喜欢在床上滚来滚去，所以会造成有时候睡衣和吊带会缠在身上，虽然这种对很多人来说完全可以忽略不计，但是我不知道为什么，总是会觉得有种透不过气的感觉，像是身体被绑住了一下，所以我一般睡觉都喜欢把衣服脱光了睡，特别是冬天，在被窝里裸睡简直就是太舒服了，身体直接和软绵绵的被子接触，会比隔了一层睡衣的感觉更暖。不过夏天裸睡有一点不好的是，就是睡到半夜总是会把被子踢走，这种情况下，说真的还是比较不雅的，哈哈！只不过后来生了宝宝后，宝宝睡在旁边小床，裸睡就比较不方便了，毕竟从被窝起来什么的还是会被宝宝看到的，所以之后我也是无奈之下改掉了这个裸睡的习惯。只不过想说如果条件允许，裸睡其实对身体是一种很好的放松，建议都可以去试一下哦！也许从此你就会爱上这种放松的感觉。但是，裸睡最需要注意的，还是卫生问题，记得床单被套勤换勤晒，去外面酒店或者别的什么地方都不建议裸睡，因为毕竟不知道床单被套的卫生情况到底怎么样，在自己家就可以试试。
