How many non-American people have such a beautiful American dream? One of my classmate studies in American now and before he went aboard he told me his American dream is he can stand at the top of the New York. To be honest, I also dream that one day I can get the Green Card living there happily and successfully maybe working at the Wall Street. When Xu gets the award he thinks he entirely melted in the melting pot neglecting the multicultural obstruct, later the plot goes against the way he thinks. 我作为一个新教师，教学经验不足，我渴望能有机会与名师近距离接触，希望能聆听他的教育思想，目睹他的教学风采，也好让自己从中受到启迪，这次观看济南市小学英语特色课堂网上展示交流活动正好满足了我一个愿望。观看这些精彩的教学视频使我深受震撼，真正感受到了“新课程，新理念，新思路”带来的新变化。让我明白要打造高效的英语课堂，必须放下身段和学生零距离接触，并能充分运用灵活多样的教学手段，让学生主动地参与课堂，让他们在轻松的氛围下接受知识，这样才能体现高效的课堂。参加活动的所有老师都深受震撼和鼓舞。原来名师真不愧是名师淡定而精彩,丰富而不华丽,诙谐而幽默,轻松而愉快。下面我就本次活动谈谈自己的几点体会。 　　一、 课堂导入的重要性俗话说良好的开端是成功的一半。丰富有趣的课堂热身，能培养学生兴趣，激发学生学习的兴趣，启迪他的心智，使学生重塑自信，觉得英语课好学、易学，产生兴趣，减少焦虑，达到事半功倍的效果。在这些名师的示范课中，大约用了6分钟来进行warm up。他们用了学生十分喜欢的不同的手段和方式调动学生的积极性,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。因此我们教师一定要巧设开头在最短的时间内使学生进入最佳的学习状态。这也就让学生后面的学习变得更轻松更容易、更有趣了。 　　二、 灵活多样的教学手段，提高学生学习的积极性英语教师在教学过程中尽量摆脱传统的知识授课，而是在 课堂上尽量让学生们去多说英语，要充分利用多媒体及各种 现代化优秀资源，通过说一说，听一听，唱一唱，玩一玩等 形式，让小学生感受到学习英语的快乐，从而慢慢培养起对 英语的兴趣。这一点对于资源缺乏，消息比较闭塞的农村学 生来说非常重要。张莉莉老师的课堂就非常好，学生们在轻松愉快的课堂学习氛围中用流利标准的口语快的的学习着。这一点，对于小学英语教学是非常重要的。尊重个体差异在小学英语教学中也是非常重要的。作为教师 的我们都知道一点： 不可能每个学生都一学就会， 一点就通； 不可能每个学生都优秀，都爱积极表现。所以针对不同的差 异，作为教师不仅要在课堂上多鼓励，在课下也得多沟通多 表扬，需要付出更多的耐心.细心去帮助学生。 　　三、重视“以生为本”注重“以生为本”，发挥学生的主体作用。过去我们采取的是填鸭式的教学，把他们看成是可以填充知识的容器，忽视学生的特点，无视学生的主观能动性。但现在通过不断的学习，我终于懂得了“以人为本”的理念。也就是在教育过程中，以学生为中心，充分发挥学生的学习主动性。 　　四、 优化教学方法，采用丰富多彩的课堂活动。在教学中，作为小学英语教师，一定要始终以“活动，训练”为主效的课堂。此次观看教学视频，我也深刻体会到了教师幽默诙谐的力量。一句简单而又亲切的话立刻拉近了老师与学生的距离。“玩”是儿 童的天性， “游戏”是儿童的重要学习方式， “活动”就应该 是小学英语教学的主要形式。在活动中学生的天性会得到最 大限度的释放，也会让学生会在学习中体会到成就感。就如 教学视频中老师在教学中所采用的的`“我说你做”的游戏， 又比如说“开火车”的游戏，还比如说“转转转”的游戏等等，让学生在快乐中学习，也让学生体会到了学习的快乐。 　　五、老师教态自然，确实值得我学习。上课教师的教学语言富有感染力、亲和力，他们把教学的知识基储基本能力、教学过程、教学思想巧妙地融为一体，通过教师循循善诱启发引导，富有童趣的教学语言，自然默契的师生对话，形成了独特的智慧课堂。各位老师的课，展示了教育教学改革的新视点，这几节课，在他的教学中体现了以学生为主体，充分调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性，使学生的思维得到了健康发展。建立了和谐、民主的师生关系，让学生真正成为了课堂上的主人。他们以不同的教学方式展现了新理念下课堂教学的风貌，把“点拨”、“启发”、“引导”、“激励”留给自己，把“体会”、“品味”还给了学生。 　　同时，在他的教学中肯定性评价体现出尊重、鼓励的原则，在新课标的条件下我作为一名教育工作者，确实该对课堂教学中的“评价”问题重新认识。从他们的授课中可看出，都是以学生的发展为主，设计每个教学环节，从而使学生在轻松愉快的学习氛围中达到“思维活跃流畅、创新精神涌动”的最佳境界，真正行之有效地改革了课堂教学，把素质教育真正落到实处。总之，这次济南市小学英语特色课堂网上展示交流活动让我开阔了眼界,也看到了自己的不足。通过这次学习，我可以更加理性地反思自己的课堂教学，从而在今后的教学中优化教学方法，发挥学生在课堂中的主体地位，激发学生学习主动性逐步实现打造高效课堂的目的，希望自己和学生能够共同努力吧!
