1、本次培训的课程总体内容丰富，课堂氛围好。大家都有学习的热情，每次的课前小互动环境既放松了情绪又缓解了压力。课前小互动是值得推崇的培训环节，也能够让学员们认员。2、做为一名职能部门的员工，感觉培训课程内容多倾向于卖场销售的一线人员，有些课程内容与本职工作相关偏远，应该在培训时有针对性。可以课前了解员工的培训需求，然后制定培训计划并实施。3、提前下发课件教程资料，以免员工在听课过程中只注意笔记而乎略听课，这样可以帮助记笔记慢，文化基础弱的学员更好掌握学习的重点。对于一些课程需要加入实际案例进行分析。4、课程的选择上也可以加上实操性的东西。如：陈列、色彩搭配课就可以配上教具。让学员实际动手操作。这样可以增加课程的互动性，更有益于学员对抽象概念的具体理解。5、授课也是需要一定授课技巧，授课人有内涵，能将课件的内容充分的表达和传递给学员，增强培训授课的效果。建议可以让学员投票选出一部分比较喜欢的讲师，色后固定授课老师另外，也给我们的学员提出一点建议。

Firstly think the English teachere must be kind-hearted.few of the English teachers look upon students those who give the wrong anwers.Istead of doing that ,she or he can,like let other student help correct it .secondly ring the class,when student are boring about listening to the teacher ,i think she or he can talk us a story or let us have a rest for several minutes and so on.At last,the most important thing is that the waying our english teacher taking .If the the way them choose are not popular in the class.In somewhat ,we are not interested in listening a boring lesson.what's more,teachers and students should become friends ,then it's conveninet for us communicate.And them should take care of those who are not good at Engli
