如何提高英语听说能力

目前初中学生在英语听说方面存在很多问题，因此在英语教学中加强学生的听说训练有着迫切性和必要性。笔者就如何提高初中生听说能力谈几点看法。

一、初中生在英语听说方面存在的问题

根据笔者多年的教学经验，学生们在英语听说方面存在的问题有：1.语音语调不标准。很多学生单个单词可以念出来，但重音不准确，说成段英语的时候语调奇怪，完全是中式英语。2.词汇量不足。没有大量的课外阅读，初中学生的词汇量非常有限，所以在做听力练习时听到生词就难以理解，故大多数学生听力很差。 3. 缺乏听说氛围。对于我们大部分寄宿的初中生来说，英语课堂是练习听说能力的唯一氛围，由于实践语言的机会很少，所以学生的听说能力就相对较差。

二、如何提高学生的听说能力

所谓“听说”既指“听”的`能力，也指“说”的能力，为此我们必须两方面加以把握，既独立又合作，共同提高。

1.情感激励教学法。在教学中，教师亲切和蔼的态度、幽默风趣的话语、轻松活泼的语调都会感染学生，会给学生带来良好的心境和求知欲，同时也会消除学生紧张感，激发学生的学习兴趣。也是学生愿意在教学过程中与教师默契配合，达到自主学习的目的关键。融洽的师生关系，就会产生“亲其师，信其道”的效果。另外，学生最在乎教师对自己的评价。不要以单一的“分数”评价学生，要分类分层，照顾学生的差异。因此，教师要善于发现学生的闪光点，及时用激励性的话语给予表扬，真诚的话语，不仅使学生感受到希望、温暖、自信、成功，而且使学生把兴趣变成了乐趣。

2.恰当运用网络多媒体进行英语听说训练。丰富的网络资源和鲜明真切的声像效果既能有效增强教学的直观性，引起学生的兴趣和注意，又为他们提供语言情景，使学生不必借助翻译，通过视听，就能达到理解语言内容的目的。由于在校学生课程繁多，英语学习时间有限，在每天的课余时间可以选择线上学习英语的方式，来补充课堂学习。学生可以根据自身需求弹性选择学习课程，还可以关注线话英语开通的官方微信学习英语。真正达到学习英语无障碍的最佳效果。

总之，英语教学的目标不仅是教授抽象的语言规则，而更要让学生是用英语来传达意义，交流思想。由此可见，听说能力在语言学习中起着举足轻重的作用。
