卡路里（英语：Calorie，缩写为cal），简称卡，是物理学能量单位，其定义为将1克水在1大气压（101.325kPa）下提升1摄氏度所需要的热量；但描述食物所含热量时用的“卡路里”很多时是千卡（kcal），又称大卡（Cal）。一千卡等于1000卡路里。
