说，我的第一反应是“speak”,再来想想，有talk，say，tell...英文也是有点复杂的，意思相同不同的单词表达；speak：说话，讲话，谈话，陈述，演说等，一般做动词；talk：谈话，讨论，一般是与没人说话，sb talk to sb；say：只做动词，说，讲，一般是某人说，I say/He says....tell：一般是告诉的意思，I tell you.
