In order to accelerate our country's harmonious socialist construction, we must profit from the foreign advanced experience, and analyzes our country social security issues thoroughly and gives modification at the same time. According to the actions taken, our country's social security system shall be developed gradually. 2) Many foreign countries take social ensurance very seriously, but because of the social system, economic structure, political system, cultural and tradition differences between them, each country's social ensurance plan also to present the different characteristics. Economically developed counturies like America, Germany, France's social security plans were first obtained due to their economic basis.They experienced the establishment, development, change, challenges through the long history evolvement process. 3)In the other hand, majority of the developing counturies'social security starts later on. Many stratification of the plans were based on the pass experiences from European counturies and America. To maintain the social stability and the economical development, thus according to our country national condition consummation social security system. Providing general social protection for the citizens has become the key point of work of counturies among the globe.
