月份名称词：1、January n. 一月，正月(略写为 Jan.)。例句：What's the holiday in January?（一月份有什么节日？）。

英文日期表达方式：

1、1986 年 10 月 23 日→October 23(rd), 1986。例句：What happened on October 20, 2015?（2015年10月20号发生了什么？）。

2、2002 年 1 月 17 日→January 17(th), 2002。例句：Japan surrendered on August 15, 1945.（1945年8月15日日本投降）

英语日期的表达与汉语不同：

英语表达的顺序为\"月、日、年\"， 因此 2004 年 11 月 8 日就可写成 November 8th, 2004，还可表示为 November eighth, 2004。另外，也可写成\"日、月、年\"，8th November, 2004 即 the eighth of November, 2004。例句：The Olympic Games will be held in Beijing on August 8, 2008（2008年八月八日在北京举办奥运会）

英语日期的表示法：

1、英语中月份和星期名称都是专有名词(独一无二的东西比如 月亮 太阳)，它们的首字母必须大写，并且前面无需用冠词。

2、用英语表示日期，其顺序为“月日年”，日和年之间需用逗号隔开。如：August 2nd， 2003(2003 年 8 月 2 日)也可以用“日月年”来表示。如：10th May，2003(2003 年 5 月 10 日)。

时间点的表达法：

1、英语中的时间都用“小时 + 分钟”直接读。

7:20 seven+twenty 。

9:30 nine+thirty。

3:40 three+forty。

2、英语中表述的时间在半小时之内，可以用“分钟 + past + 小时。

7:10 ten+past+seven。

9:20 twenty+past+nine。

3:25 twenty-five past+three。

3、英语中表述的时间在半小时以外，可以用“（相差的）分钟 + to + （下一）小时”就像中文的几点差几分一样。

11:35 twenty-five+to+Twelve 。

8:50 ten+to+nine。

3:49 eleven+to+three。

大约时间：

It's almost three. 马上到三点了。

It's not quite four. 还不到两点。

It's just after ten. 刚过十点。

在英语中表达时间的方式主要有两种，顺读法和逆读法，顺读法比较简单，逆读法比较麻烦，顺读法从小时到分钟，逆读法从分钟到小时。
