As we know, it’s very important to arrange our spare time. If we use it well, we can benefit from it. I'd like to make full use of my spare time. Usually I would like to do three things in my spare time, reading, surfing the Internet and doing some physical exercise, which are three of my deepest passions. Reading is one of my favourite ways to my spare time. I like reading books at home during the weekends. Reading can extend our horizon, and rich our knowledge. Fortunately, with the development of the information technology, magazines and newspapers are all around our life. Internet has become a major media in recent years. I love to surf the Internet in my spare time .It’s convenient for me to find some information ,and make my life more colourful. At the same time, I can study on-line, learn different cultures and know the big world out there. I also think that physical traning is the most important thing for us. We should build a strong body to do any other things. Anyway, health is the basic.In another way to share my spare time is travelling, because I can relax myself and see the beautiful scenery.Basicallly, that's how I spend most of my spare time. Reading is a good way to absorb knowledge and become familiar with news events. Surfing on the Internet exposes me to the world's different cultures and different people that come from different backgrounds. I can keep a good health via doing the physical exercise.

All of us are very busy every day. Students are facing a piling up of home works and assignments. Blue collars and white collars rush to working places and offices. Traffic jammed, unsolved problems, frustrations, new challenges. Stress became the first thing in the morning. We have forgotten our own needs as human being, until the alarm of our biologic clocks been trigger off. We finally realize that we should have done a little more for ourselves earlier. Because we have ignored what our body tells us, so we paid a higher price.

What's more, no matter how ambitious he could be, he might just be too weak to carry out any of his grand plans. Hence, though many people are seeking after wealth or power, they always attach the greatest importance to health.
Since a sick person tends to be unhappy, people worldwide have spared no efforts to slay healthy. They pay special attention to what they eat so that they get neither malnourished nor overweighed. Besides, people, especially, those engaged in mental jobs, create numerous indoor or outdoor exercises to keep energetic, eg. working in the field as gardeners and farmers, going to work on foot, cycling to work, having a walk after supper, climbing mountains, traveling, attending all kinds exercises in health clubs, etc.
To be healthy also includes being mentally healthy. It is another important guaranty for people to live or work well. So, experts suggest that we keep a calm, peaceful and open mind and try to avoid extreme emotions like fierce anger, extreme sadness and excitement. Therefore, exercises like Taiji Exercise, traveling, etc. which can benefit people both physically and mentally are popular not only in China but also in other countries.
