这些其实没什么太多讲究，口语中都是怎么读顺口且简洁就怎么读的，年份中间两位数字都是零的时候，一般是读作XXXANDXXX，即您所说的整体读，但是分开读也不是不可以，比如2008除了以上读法外，也能读作twentyOeight。
