（6）随身要带一些水或饮料，以免山上没有水。
（7）天气不好时最好不要去爬山，以免发生危险。
（8）下山时不要跑着下山，以免收不住脚发生危险。
（9）爬山时身体前倾，但腰、背要挺直，避免形成驼背、弯腰姿势。
