聘书不算荣誉证书的，荣誉证书是证明你所获得的奖项和荣誉，聘书是有单位聘用你的证明，当然曾经有很大牌的单位聘用过你，把这种聘书当作自己获得的荣誉，写进所获荣誉介绍里勉强也是可以的。
荣誉证书是指记录获得的嘉奖荣誉、作为奖励的证明证件 。它的外形各种各样，由使用单位自行决定采用哪种，且不同的单位使用的格式不同。
大学里面的荣誉证书重要，对以后找工作会有帮助：
1、从用人单位的招聘要求来看，对于毕业生的要求一般包括几个方面：一是专业与学习成绩，二是学校社团经验，三是荣誉证书，四是社会实践经验，五是个人性格倾向与工作倾向，在其他条件均等的情况下，荣誉证书可以说明应聘者过去的成就与经历。
2、 从用人单位的需求分析看，荣誉证书对于找工作会有一定的作用的，但大学里的荣誉证书对找工作的帮助的大小与荣誉证书的级别、类型等都有关系。级别越高的、越适配的肯定帮助越大。因而，考虑到上述因素，在找工作的过程中要尽量发挥长处，让荣誉证书发挥更多的积极作用。
