What about … （你看...怎么样?）和 how about … （关于...如何/怎么样？）是英语口语中常用的两个省略句型，它们的意思和用法基本相同，两者没多大的区别，基本上可以互用。一定要细分的话，(1.)在表达提出某种建议的意思时，即“怎么样...好吗？”时，what about 和how about是可以互换的,因为意思相同.如:－－What should we go now? －－How/What about going to the movies? (我们现在要去哪呢?去看电影怎么样呢?) 比方说:How about taking a walk? (散个步好吗?)(2.)若是询问意见或打听消息时，就只能使用 what about了.例如:Andy, we are going to the harbor by ship. What about you?
