中学生寒假英语日记范文January 14 2010 It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. 近段时间一直在忙于找工作，接触了很多，也想了很多。上一周，去参加一家公司的笔试，无意间接触到了一道分析策划题，让我们自己设计并找出它可控和不可控因素，最后得出自己的解决方案。其实人的一生中很多时候是在不断的甄别可控和不可控因素，在努力地改变可控因素。可是很多时候明明知道我们不能对不可控因素作什么，却偏偏要强硬的去改变，去挑战，这也是为什么很多人总是活在纠结中的原因。因为分不清可控和不可控因素，我们浪费了大量的时间去尝试，而最后给我们的结果却是头破血流。 面对过去的事实或者正在进行的事实，我们或许可能很容易的说出他的可控和不可控因素即我们常说的主观和客观因素，但是面对未来的事情我们是否依然会冷静的去思考去甄别他的可控和不可控因素，从而做出正确的决断呢？很多人在不断的抱怨说自己总是不能很好很果断的做出决定，其实是因为，他们把过多的眼睛钉在了不可控因素，因为力图去改变但又害怕这样所造成的注定的结果，想要冒险却又不敢去承担冒险后的结果，因为害怕所以我们犹豫，因为犹豫，我们又把更多的眼光钉在了不可控因素上。其实我们无论做什么都不应该过多的去想一些我们不能改变的事实，并不是认真的能胜天的或者是心有多大，舞台就有多广。但是我不得不说的是，当正确的意识到不可控因素的时候，我就能做到心有多大，舞台就有多广，无论在做什么事都不要过多的去关注自己无法改变的事实，管理好可控因素，抛下一切不必要的烦恼，不断地向前。
