举重，是一项历史悠久的运动，将杠铃以双手举过头，举起的杠铃重量为胜负依据。男子举重在第一届奥林匹克运动会时便被列入正式项目。
5，棒球，baseball
棒球是一种以棒打球，以团队性、对抗性为显著特征的球类运动项目。棒球在国际上开展广泛，影响较大。在美国、日本尤为盛行，被称为“国球”。
