MBA的英文面试一般占面试的5%-20%，时间在5min左右，所以除去正常问答时间，留给自我介绍的时间大约在1-2min。
自我介绍的时间这么短，需要涵盖的是：
1、姓名+个人教育背景（如果是好学校可以多说几句，其余情况可以简短说一下什么时候毕业）；
2、重点是工作背景的介绍，如果跳槽频繁可以只提最近的一份工作，包括头衔，入职时间，以及自己上任后的工作重点，如果是销售相关可以用数字体现，或者是与上任之前的情况做一个对比。
3、Why MBA？既然来考MBA，总归有一些诱因。但这个问题的回答中庸就好，例如需要提升自己等等。
