你好，英语中有很多词汇是加词根词缀来实现词义和词性的转化的，吹风机的单词是dryer 词根是dry 使……去掉水分，使……变干，加上er变成的名词，也就是吹动机，类似的用法还有cook，表示做到，加上er cooker表示厨具。
