We need to put forward some new ideas.

1、用心去练习，面对镜子练习对话，早上起来就把录音机打开，边洗漱边听英语磁带。2、多看美国英国的大片，听英文歌曲，培养出对英文的兴趣。3、有机会和家人或死党们一起用英语对话。4、实在不行再去报个英语班吧，但我不是很支持报英语班学习，应为很枯燥无聊。（实在没办法就选这条吧）祝你成功！

brainstorm是指提出新的想法，并不是“集思广益”的本意。不过如果说是团队在brainstorming那么其实意思也差不多。
