财务部用finance/financial department 都可以，但如果规模不大，倾向采用finance department5. 工程部应是Engineering Dept10. 生产技术部 Engineer Technology Department 或者 Production &technical Dep15.动力保障部 如果是PE的话 power ensurement department ， power 也是动力的意思 如果是DE的话 driving ensurement department其他没什么问题

总经办就是总经理办公室吧，那么说我觉得可以。工程部我觉得是Project Dept.比较好，engineering太狭义了。规划发展和研发部都用development。发展就是用development。研发使用固定说法research and development 用finance就行，不是用来修饰department，只是说明department属性，用名次就可以。动力保障部,至少不能用ensure这个动词吧
