I don't understand.” 首先，“What are you say?" 有语法错误，行为动词 "say" 不能用 “BE” 动词提问。应该是第3的句式提问。第2句式也可，但带有一点倾向性：你在胡说什么呢? 第4 “What you said"后面不跟问号，直接接 "I don't understand" 把句子变为一个复合句为好。第5句听起来有点儿不礼貌，熟人或对有敌意的对方比较合适。 我个人认为，听不懂别人的话，必较客气的说法应是：Sorry, I didn't understand what you said. 或：Excuse me, could you repeat again? I didn't quite understand you.
