September 10,2006Resignation LetterDear Mr.xxx/Mrs.xxx/Miss xxx,First of all, allow me to say thank you for your trust in me and for taking good care of me for the past year. I have been thinking a lot these days. Looking back the past year of working in this company, I really feel blessed that I had made a right decision to work here and I do cherish the opportunity given to me.I can’t thank my colleagues and you, especially you, our acting manager enough for lending me your helping hands , your care and your guidance.I did learn a lot both professionally as well as interactively.Thank you for your support and your nurture.Thank you so much for giving me such a great opportunity to practice.I will leave the company soon. All I can say now is sorry.，I find I still don’t get used to the Korean way of work. The Chinese enterprises might suit me better.I happen to be given an opportunity and I would like to have a try.I’ve decided to resign from the job and now I ask for your permission. Please understand that this is a very hard decision to make. Forgive my way of saying good bye at the present time. I hope we might work together again in the future. I will quit the job one week later starting the day I summit the resignation letter so that I could have enough time to pass my job to my successor. Great changes have taken place in our company in such a short time. Too bad, I can’t give more of my shares to the glorious future of the company. I just wish a prosperous year of the company.
