你把/i/音读出来也没错,一般只听到/s/音是英语口语常见"连读",特别老外说的英语你很难听得出尾音/i/. 至于agency的读音没有表重读也正确,因为没有表重读符号,发音一般都口语在第一个音节重读,其实也是一样的."c"的发音有/k/,/s/ 这两个发音都是清辅音.
