‘s 表示所属关系，但这里的students 并非属于boy或者boys，所以most boy’s students和 most Boyd’s students都是错的。＂男学生＂在英语中名词是可以作定语，表示学生的性别，这时用单数，正确表达＂大部分男生＂英语是：most boy students 。

这两个都不符合语法，读起来很别扭，你应该是想表达：大部分男孩学生，直接说most boy student s即可！
