短期来看,做英语客服可以学到很多东西。长期来看,需要转行。如果是刚毕业,对英语感兴趣,建议尝试一下英语客服。可以锻炼很多方面的技能,学到不少东西。举个例子,我第一份工作是在某手机公司做英语电话客服。工作内容很简单,就是接听电话。但是当时对于刚刚毕业的我,难道还是挺大的。第一是公司产品比较多,知识比较杂,需要花大量的经历去学习;第二是用户都是美国人,对于我这个常年学习哑巴英语的人来说,和他们交流起来还是有一些困难;第三是这个岗位需要上夜班,身体健康方面影响比较大;最后就是这个岗位对于综合能力要求还是比较高的,接电话的时候,需要耳朵去听,眼睛去看知识库,双手打字,脑袋去想。从这家公司离职后,我才恍然发现,真的客服的岗位学到很多东西。但是长期看,客服这个岗位没有太大前途。做了一两年后,需要转型去其他行业或者岗位。
