Last Friday, our teacher toid us that we wouid go to plant trees by the South River the next day. On Saturday morning I got up at six thirty and went to school with a bucket. My classmates were waiting at the schooi gate with buckets and hoes. When we got to the South River, we began to plant trees on the river bank. On the river bank some students were digging holes, the others were planting or watering the young trees. After we finished our work, we were happy to see the young trees we plant on the river bank. 到了周五，老师告诉我们，明天我们要去江南植树。星期六早上我三十点起床，拿上一个小水桶去学校。到了学校，我的同学们都拿着桶子和锄头在站在学校门口等着。 我们到了江南，开始在河边植树。河岸上有些同学在挖洞，另一些人种树或给小树苗浇水。 我们完成以后，就高兴的`站在河边看我们种下去的小树苗。

首先纠正一个错误，interesting 的第一个字母是元音，所以要用也只能用an 而不能用a ，其实我的六级刚过了，这个问题是one和an都可以的，只是侧重不一样的，one强调独一性，就是强调只有一个，而an就是泛指一个，就像说 一个人 一样是很随便的说法。 追问： 那意思是one an都可以? 回答： 是这样的，只是用的时候看你有没有侧重了。

一件有趣的事 (an interesting thing) Singing is an interesting thing. There's people who are great singers that don't have good sounding voices (think Dylan, or even Bruce) and people who have great voices but aren't technically good singers (think Mariah Carey--her phrasing is abysmal). Now, there are a few singers that have good voices *and* are good technical singers--and these are the people that there is general agreement on. You make a list of these people as "great singers" and you generally don't get much argument. Marvin Gaye, Elvis, Paul McCartney, David Ruffin of the Temptations, Kate Bush, (to get out of rock a bit) Sinatra. That's a few of them. Anyone that tries to tell you that Marvin Gaye couldn't sing doesn't know anything about singing.
