英语泛读的重要性

要区别对待精读和泛读，泛读是不可能取代精读的，我们学语文也要从拼音偏旁部首笔画学起，也要讲解“主谓动宾，的地得呢”。生字生词也是一个一个地背默，更不说外语的学习。要知其然，更要知其所以然，这才是系统的学习。

精读主要锻炼的是文法、句式、词汇和汉英互译，是所有英语专业课程的基础，课文比同时期其他课程难度高，老师讲得也更仔细。

泛读的四本书都集中在一个技能的培养上：快速阅读，我认为老师们教我们泛读的目的就是通过提高快速阅读的能力，增加阅读量，扩展词汇，打开知识面，提升语言水平。

泛读材料的选择，既然已经是泛读了，那就必须还原阅读本身的初衷，首先它应该是原汁原味的，即外国人写给外国孩子的书，第二它要能给孩子提供乐趣，而不是枯燥的，功利的，为了学习而学习的，尤其是幼小阶段，对于阅读兴趣的培养，远比习得的知识要重要的多。

对于难度的选择，因为泛读对于娃来说，只需要读懂即可，所以在不影响读懂的前提下，可以适当比精读的难度高一点，有一些生词，以及尚未在精读中学习到的语法，尺度把握在不妨碍阅读就行，读得多了，娃自然而然就潜移默化得理解了这些时态和单词，待精读的时候再准确理解。

精读按照体制内要求走，单词课文要背默，语法要掌握透彻，练习题要做对做会。对于泛读，它就像中文阅读一样，保持兴趣，让孩子在学习英语的同时，真正把它作为一种工具，去涉猎他感兴趣的东西，为了娱乐也好为了求知也罢，等待像中文阅读一样，从亲子阅读向自主阅读的转变，让娃慢慢觉得阅读是一件享受的事情，这才是语言学习的正确打开方式。

All in all, extensive reading takes extremely significant effect in language learning. It can not only give the students a great deal of help in deeper level of comprehension about reading materials。

but also offer the students some skills and methods in writing, as the old Chinese saying goes, "only through reading thousands of books can one write fluently"; besides, it is another gold key to open the knowledge treasure-house.

总之，泛读在语言学习中有着非常显著的影响。它不仅能给予学生在阅读材料中更深层次的大量的帮助，也为学生提供一些在写作中的技巧和方法，中国有句老话，“读书破万卷下笔如有神”；此外，它是一把开启知识宝库的金钥匙。
