英语里表达相当于现在人们所说的“景点”的词有很多，必须根据不同情况采取不同的译法，例如：
1、tourist attraction
读音：英［ˈtʊərɪstəˈtrækʃn]，美［ˈtʊrɪstəˈtrækʃn]。
释义：旅游胜地，风景名胜；吸引游客的事物。
例句：Buckingham Palace is a major tourist attraction.
白金汉宫是重要的旅游胜地。
2、Tourist resort

释义：

vt. 看到，发现（期待的事物）。
