这个问题要是再加上一个objective就圆满了。Objective - what you hope to achieve希望实现的，笼统。Aim - what you intend to do to fulfill your objective实现Objective所要做的，比较具体而明确。Target - a measurement of how successfully your aim is in reaching its objective.衡量你的Aim达到了预期的多少，常与数字连用。Targets 是可以（用数字）衡量的，其他仨不行；target还可作军事攻击目标。引申指被攻击、批评或潮笑的目标。Goal - an indicator of whether your aim is achieving its objective.你的Aim最终是否达到了Objective。Goals 只有两种个状态 – 达成和未达成。举例：Objective: 维持公司健康发展。Aims:1）降低运营成本以增加利润2）及时拿到管理系统认证以便来年可以投标。Target (for aim 1.): 10%的利润Goal (for aim 2.): 年底拿到了管理系统认证。
