英语没有这种形式的双重否定句，也就是说在语法上是没有这种用法的。但是，在口语中却是有这种用法来表达修饰否定的意思的，起源于黑人口语。这句话I don't mean no harm其实就是表达i meant no harm。类似，i didn't do nothing意思其实是i didn't do anything。这种用法只用于口语中，书面语肯定是错的

We do not have the evil intention 例： 们对法国人民没有恶意。 We do not have the evil intention to the French people

口语就用，i don't mean it就可以

应该是翻译错了，mean no harm确实是没有恶意的意思。例如：I mean no harm to you or to your brother. 我不会对你和你弟弟造成伤害的。

I have no ill intentions.I didn't mean any harm.
