冲浪是一种极限运动。

冲浪运动是运动员站立在冲浪板上，或利用腹板、跪板、充气的橡皮垫、划艇、皮艇等驾驭海浪的一项水上运动。

硬件要求

现在用的冲浪板长1.5—2.7米、宽约60厘米、厚7—10厘米，板轻而平，前后两端稍窄小，后下方有一起稳定作用的尾鳍。
