Wishes for the New YearThe New Year is coming and I have good wishes for the coming year.Firstly, I hope my families will be happy and in good health. I want my father has more free time to company my mother and I. I don’t want him work so hard all the time.Secondly, I wish myself can have a good year and do well in my study.Study is my priority now and I hope I can work hard and make progress.Finally, I want a new computer for my study and enjoyment.As I learn more in school, a computer is necessary.When I am free, I want to play computer games or search the Internet.I think my father would buy it for me.What are your wishes for next year?

The stories about Lunar New Year There are many stories about the Lunar New Year. According to the old people, in ancient times, there was a big monster called " Nian", which brought a lot of disasters to mankind. People were quite upset with it. They prayed to God, who showed them how to make firecrackers to keep the Nian Monster away. Then the day came, and Nian was just to show up when he heard a big bang! Nian got so frightened and disappeared. People then every year celebrate the day and fire firecrackers. 每一年最开心的时候就是过年，每一年最期待的日子也是过年，说时迟那时快，过年到了，让我们一起开心的过年吧！五、四、三、二、一，2013年的钟声再次响起，迎来了一个美好的节日。新年我们长了一岁，今年的新年在2月10。每个可爱天真的孩子心中都有一个心愿，在这个美好的节日去实现。我的愿望不是买书、买玩具……而是去甜点王国旅游。有一个个小小的甜点精灵，到晚上十二时甜点王国的通道就开启了。随着缆车直通王国，甜点小导游带我们去了巧克力瀑布，这里的巧克力又苦又脆。接着去了年轮树林，这个年轮真好吃又松又软。接着又去了雪糕山丘、牛奶小河、草莓山谷、糖果天地、蛋糕乐园、黑白巧克力城堡……最后，看到了甜点王国的公主——多蕥梦公主，她天真漂亮，她带着我们参观她的城堡，城堡里有水晶糖做成的晶莹剔透公主床，五颜六色的彩虹吊灯，原来是水果做的呀!甜点城堡真是梦一般的世界。
