本票是：Promissory Note是指一个人向另一个人签发的即期或在将来某一时间支付款项给此人的一种无条件支付承诺。支票是：Check是以银行为付款人的即期汇票汇票是：Bill of Exchange or Draft是指一人向另一人签发，要求其在见票时或在将来某一时间支付一定金额给某人或其指定人或来人的一种无条件支付命令。
