Attention to: The Department Head / The Headmaster Dear Sir / Madam, I am XXX (名字) of Class YYY (班号), I would like to apply for a shift from my current class to other class. I find myself having difficulties in handling the over-whelming assignments and course works in this class especially the Physic subject, I also find it tough to comprehend what the Physic teacher is trying to say most of the time. 这个申请书没有固定的格式，很容易写，关键是你那培训班应当不是教育局审批，而是劳动局，办培训班有规定，如果规模小是通不过审批，像20多人太小了，且要有固定场所，老师不低于几个。都要这样的规定。
