1、CY-FO条款：FO可释为Free Out或Free Over side=Free Overboard意为船公司（Carrier） 不负责POD之卸船费。 此条款常用于去中东、西亚地区的僻港 、小港（Side ports“小港”）；如：Haifa海发、Ashdod阿斯杜德（以上二港均Israel以色列的）、Izmir伊兹密尔（Turkey）、Istanbul伊斯坦布尔（Turkey）、Beirut贝鲁特（Lebanon黎巴嫩）、Benghazi班加西（Libyan利比亚，于地西：地中海西岸）。另有CY-TKL（=CY-TACKLE）=CY-Hook（Note：tackle吊绳→吊钩；hook货钩、吊钩）、舷（船）边交货，船公司不负责卸船费。与CY-FO类似，只是CY-FO多用于中东、西亚地区。 注：少部分公司还有CY-LO条款（如H&T）它与CY-FO类似，只是习惯叫法不同而已。有少部分人言CY-LO适于散货、至目的港后拼柜的卸船费及码头费、拆柜费等Carrier一概不管。 2、“双到付”:指Forwarder付给Carrier之O/F（Ocean Freight）与Shipper（“客户”）付给Forwarder之O/F均为到付 “一预一到”：指Forwarder付给Carrier 为prepaid(pp)方式；而Shipper付给Forwarder,则为到付CC（collect）.船公司一般不同意到付。 3、对DG（Dangerous Goods或DC：Dangerous Cargo）多采用“现提”即Alongside Delivery.又称“船边交货”（指POD船边）。因许多码头不允许DG于港内久留。 4、Via（=by way of =care of =C/O）经由：e.g.① Shipment from Keelung to NYK via Panama Canal货物必装载于从基隆（TWN）通过Panama Canal驶往NYK之船舶 或以上英文也可以写作：Shipment from Keelung via Panama Canal to NYK（NYK于美东） ② Shipment from Shanghai to Detroit（底特律，于美内陆）via LA（于美西WC）意指：于LA卸船后转火车运至Detroit ③ Shipment from Shenzhen to Seattle（W.C）via Land-Bridge（陆桥）in bond to Boston（E.C.）。货物在W.C.西雅图卸船后经由陆桥运输并在保税下，运至E.C.的波士顿（in bond保税，以保税方式。 所谓“保税”即是暂不交关税，待货到目的地后再交》 ④ Shipment from Huangpu to Dallas（达拉斯，于美内陆），Texas(Dallas所在的州名)Via O.C.P. Long Beach，Calif. （长堤：于W.C. California为LB所在的州）货物于西岸长堤卸船后利用火车使用OCP运输条款运至Dallas ⑤ Shipment to Pacific Coast via Overland to New York “船运至美西港经由大陆，陆运至NYK） 5、① transit goods（cargo）：过境货、转口货。自输出国运往输入国的过程中，需经第三国时，对该第三国而言，该货即为transit goods。通常：货物于此第三国卸下后依海关事先核定之路线以保税运输方式运往输入国目的地。 ② bonded W/H（warehouse）：保税仓 in bond to 保税运至 bonded shed保税货棚（货栈） bonded value关栈价值 6、“In transit to”条款：通常，此条款指Consignee在不清关交税的情况下使货物继续运输，目的地海关必于船公司舱单（Manifest）上见到相关条款才允许这一条款。因此，B/L上必有显示。 例如：到Arica（阿里卡）与Iquique（伊基克）（此二港均属南美智利Chile国的）的货物。B/L上的Consignee 、Notify、port of delivery中若有显示Bolivia者，B/L上须显示“In transit to Bolivia”（注：Bolivia玻利维亚为一内陆国，毗邻Chile） “In transit to”的本义为“转运至”e.g.：Shipment from Shenzhen to Arica in transit to Bolivia。B/L上POL填Shenzhen；port of discharge填Arica；place of delivery填Bolivia；Final destination也填Bolivia 7. Mediterranean Base Port地中海基本港：Milan米兰（Italy）、Barcelona巴塞罗那（Spain）、Bilbao毕尔巴鄂（大西洋口岸，实不*地中海）、Genoa热内亚（Italy）、Valencia巴伦西亚（Spain）、Istanbul伊斯坦布尔（Turkey）、La Spezia拉斯佩齐亚（Italy）、Leghorn里窝那（来亨）（Italy）、Port Said塞得港（Egypt）、Alexandria亚历山大（Egypt）、Benghazi班加西（Libya利比亚）、Marseilles马赛（France)8.洗柜通常分四种：Ⅰ）化洗Chemically clean floor；Ⅱ）清水洗water clean；Ⅲ）蒸汽洗steam clean；Ⅳ）研磨洗：glind（研磨） or sand clean 分批出境核销栏日期出境数/重量结存数/重量核销人 第二节、出口业务 （一）B/L缮制（制作） ○1出船东B/L （MASTER B/L）（见附图j） 注：这种情况下MB/L上shipper为出口商, consignee为进口商或to order ○2出HB/L：（给客户）（见附图k） 注：这种情况下：Ⅰ）货代需事先征得carrier同意后者接受H-B/L后才可签 Ⅱ）货代除给shipper正本的H-B/L外通常还给Carrier一份H-B/L copy,单上注明“请Carrier凭此H-B/L放货，并请Carrier向我司提供MEMO B/L” Ⅲ）Carrier’s Agent须得到货代的“放货通知”后方可签D/O给Consignee(从Consignee处收回H-B/L后)（这样做是怕货代尚未收到运费却把货放出去了） Ⅳ）此种情况中H-B/L上shipper为出口商，Consignee为进口商或to order ○3既出M-B/L，又出H-B/L （见附图l） 注：这种情况下H-B/L中shipper为出口商consignee为进口商（实际收货人）而M-B/L中shipper为货代，consignee通常为货代于目的港的代理或：to order of H&T（由贷代指示）而Notify为H&T’S Agent（当consignee显示“to order of H&T 时） 2、提单的制作过程：①Forwarder 将B/L样本Fax给客户→客户核对后回传。若客户回传后又要求改单，通常要交改单费（￥50~150元） Forwarder将B/L传给Carrier→Carrier核对，确认后回传并出正本B/L（若客户要求出MB/L时）或：Carrier做B/L样本传给Forwarder(或：Carrier叫Forwarder补料) →Forwarder审核，确认后回传。 ②另一种做法：Forwarder补料给Carrier（或出B/L样本传给Carrier）→Carrier核对无误（有误则更改）确认后回传B/L（为B/L的fax 件）→收到Carrier之B/L fax件，核对无误后，传给Shipper→ Shipper核对无误（有误则更改）签“OK”（即确认）回传给货代→ 货代再回传给Carrier（三）电放（Telex Release） 关于Telex Release (电放)： 1）有的简写为TLX， 少部分人简写为T/R（另：T/R还指trucking 吨车费，拖车费） 2）电放：应签发或已签发正本B/L的货代或船公司，根据托运人或货代的要求，在POL不签发正本B/L或收回已签发之正本B/L，以E—MAIL 或FAX或Telex , Telegram 等方式通知Delivery Agent 将货放给B/L上的Consignee或shipper order之人（to order B/L下） 3）shipper申请电放，通常要其出具公司正本保函或在有关B/L COPY（MEMO—B/L）上背书。保函的内容通常有：shipper’s name , voyage NO. B/L NO. Sailing date (开航日)及货代无条件免责条款。 4）切记：若签正本B/L给shipper 后，shipper才提出电放申请，须收回全套正本B/L。 5）当同意电放后，有的出具电放信，有的给出一个电放号（如密码一样，为阿拉伯数字或英文字母）。 6）做L/C （以L/C为付款条件），或B/L为order单（即B/L上Consignee栏未填收货人Business Name , （又叫 Complete 或 Full Name ），而显示为“order” 或“order of shipper”或“order of XXX Bank CO”或“order of XXX CO”,总之，只要于Consignee见有order 字样者）或空白B/L(即B/L中Consignee栏空着不填)或付款条件为Collection(托收（注：collect 则为“到付”之义）)（托收含D/P=Doc Against Payment 与D/A= Doc Against Acceptance） ，以上四种情况原则上不允许做电放。 7）电放下通常采用PP（prepaid . 预付运费）。 8）若货物有不良情况，切记：于电放信上要打上Mate’s Remark.(大付批注)。 9）电放日：通常应于货（柜）抵目的港前。 10）电放申请书上常有此句：Please kindly release cargo to Consignee here - below without presentation.（“提交，出示”） of the orginal XXX Bill of Lading.(XXX 代表 Carrier’s Name 或货代名)（在不提交×××公司的正本B/L下请将此票货放给以下载明之收货人） 11）使用电放放货，并非不出B/L。 只是不出正本B/L（若已出，则一定要全套收回）而出B/L COPY 或MEMO件。为了能详尽反映货物相关情况，使用B/L COPY件是最好之方式。12）使用电放，通常需向客户收取电放费：USD 15左右。 以下是做电放的几种情况： ⅰ） 不出任何B/L（H—B/L，M—B/L均不签给客户） 客户 补料 货代 补料（注明“做电放”） Carrier(以B/L样本方式将有关情况告知对方) Carrier出单MB/L copy件 货代 传MB/L COPY 客户，客户确认OK后，：客户 传电放申请书 货代 传电放申请书 Carrier。若Carrier同意电放，通常于货装船后：Carrier 传电放信 或给电放号shipper传电放信或给电放号Consignee 货抵目的港后，Consignee凭电放信或报出电放号，找Carrier于目的港之Agent提货。此种情况多见于目的港在东南亚地区时，因为电放快而B/L流转（邮寄）慢。(船比B/L先到卸港)
