首先，外国人在华，如没取得相关资质与许可，是不能办培训班的。现在市场上出现的一些外国人办班，就是中国特色的“违法不究，执法不严”的局面。再来说优势：外国人，特别是欧美白人，是当前培训市场很好的卖点。如果能合法地开办由欧美人作为主打的班型，在市场上，吸引力是相当可以的。这也是为何外国人现在在中国，容易生存的原因。
