How are you 的回答有很多，这个句子通常是表示问候寒暄的时候用的一般来说可以回答FINE/not bad/great/等等.以后还要有一个简短的原因介绍.比如Oh not bad,you see I just passed the CET-4.Not so good,I have to attend a boring lecture in the afternoon.总之后面寒暄几句就可以了.不说也没太大问题~

我觉得只要很自然的说一句 ：fine 就 ok了..没有必要再问对方了 若您是男士，对方又是女士的话 再反问一下女士的.那种感觉就不一样了奥..哈..
