年夜饭英文菜谱

1、Today is Chinese New Year's Eve, my family had a big family party at home. It was a Chinese tradition that on New Year's Eve we make dumplings together and have them around midnight.

2、Firstly, we prepared the pork mince and some vegetables for the dumplings.We also needed plenty of skins to make the dumplings. Some of us were making the dumpling skins, others were mixing the mince and vegetables together.

首先，我们准备了猪肉饺子肉和一些蔬菜，我们也需要大量的皮饺子。我们中的一些人使饺皮,人肉和蔬菜混合在一起。

3、All of us were enjoying the process of making dumplings and chatting with each other.

4、Before midnight, when we heard the sound of New Year's Bell, the dumplings were ready for us to eat. It was such a wonderful night!

一、年夜饭常规食谱有：

1、馄饨

新年吃馄饨取其开初之意。传说盘古氏开天辟地，使“气之轻清上浮者为天，气之重浊下凝者为地”，结束了混沌状态，才有了宇宙四方。再则取“馄饨”与“浑囤”的谐音，意思是粮食满囤。新年吃馄饨，是取其开初之意。传说世界生成以前是混沌状态，盘古开天辟地，才有了宇宙四方。

2、饺子

饺子是中国的传统食品之一。古称“角子”，也称作扁食或煮饽饽。古来只有馄饨而无饺子。后来将馄饨做成新月形就成饺子了。除夕夜，十二点钟声一敲响，就开始吃饺子，因此时正是子时，取其新旧交替，子时来临之意。在唐代吃饺子的习惯已经传到中国的边远地区了。
