Tobu（经常个性化的写为7obu），本名Toms Burkovskis，是一位来自拉脱维亚的电子音乐制作人。他从2010年起开始音乐创作，作品风格可清新可激情。2014年他与Itro合作单《Sunburst》，成为Tobu在中国最受欢迎的单曲之一。
