鸡蛋

猪肝

饮食与疾病的发生发展有着一定关系,这是客观事实,在肿瘤的治疗中,除应用药物治疗外,采用适当饮食调治,有效减轻病情,缓解症状,增强体质,防止及延缓恶液质的发生,延长生存期,甚至可促进肿瘤的治疗。常言道:“三分吃药七分养”,忌口问题是疾病调护中重要的一环。对肿瘤病人来说,应把忌口贯串于整个疾病的治疗和康复的全过程。下面继续推荐饮食药膳,:香薷饮组 成:香薷10克、厚朴5克、白扁豆5克、白糖适量。简 介:[做法]将香薷、厚朴剪碎,白扁豆炒黄捣碎,放入保温杯中,以沸水冲泡,盖严温浸1小时。[用法]代茶频饮。[作用]解表清暑,健脾利湿。适用于防治暑湿感冒、空调病。豆芽海带炖鲫鱼组 成:海带25克,黄豆芽200克,活鲫鱼1条(约重250克),熟猪油、精盐、料酒、酱油、醋、味精、姜末、葱段各适量,鲜汤少许。简 介:【制法】(1)先将鲫鱼去鳞、鳃、内脏,洗净,在鱼身两侧斜切成十字花刀,控干水;将海带用温水泡发,洗净,切成长约3厘米、宽约0.3厘米的丝;黄豆芽洗净,拣出豆皮,沥干水。(2)起热锅,投入清水约1220毫升,烧开后将鱼放入焯一下,捞起,放入清水中把鱼腹膛内黑膜洗净,沥去水分。(3)起热锅,倒入熟猪油,烧热,放姜、葱入锅,炝出香味,加入鲜汤、料酒、酱油、醋,待汤开时,放入鱼、黄豆芽、海带丝,用文火炖15分钟后,加精盐、味精调成的味汁吃。【特点】汤鲜味美,口感滑润。【功效】海带含碘、钙、磷、铁、蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素等,是抗高血压、高血脂、冠心病和动脉硬化等症的食疗品。黄豆芽除一般营养物质丰富外,还有清热利湿、消肿除瘅之功效。 鲫鱼含游离氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素A、维生素B,维生素D2、尼克酸、钙、钠、铁、磷等成分。因其脂肪含量低,蛋白质含量高,很适合中老年人及体弱者食用。有利防治高血压、高血脂和冠心病。皮蛋牡蛎粥组 成:皮蛋2个,鲜牡蛎肉100克,粳米100克,葱花、油、鱼露适量。简 介:[制作]将皮蛋去除泥料及外壳,每个切成12等份,牡蛎肉洗净。把粳米淘洗干净,放人锅内加适量清水,煮成稀粥,再加入皮蛋、牡蛎肉、葱花、鱼露、油适量调味,再煮沸片刻,即可食用,每天2料,连用5天。[功效应用]滋阴、降火、美容。适用于操劳、熬夜过度之阴虚燥热、神疲、面色无华者。黑木耳滚猪肝汤组 成:黑木耳五钱、猪肝六两、生姜一片、红枣两粒、盐少许简 介:【制作】(1)先将黑木耳用清水透发,洗干净,备用。(2)猪肝、生姜、红枣分别用水洗干净。猪肝切片;生姜刮皮;红枣去核,备用。(3)加入适量清水于煲内,先用猛火煲至水滚,然后放入黑木耳、生姜和红枣,继续用中火 煲一小时左右,加入猪肝,等猪肝熟透,便可加盐调味。【服法】饮用。【功效】(1)有补益血气,活血祛瘀的作用 。(2)中医认为如果过度疲劳,夜眠不酣,就会容易出现肝失疏泄,脾运不力,气滞血瘀的症 状,眼睛周围会出现黑晕,经常适当饮用此汤,有助干预防以上的症状出现。(3)如果妇女气滞血瘀,月经不调,经期腹痛,黑眼圈,脸上出现黄褐斑,都可以用此汤作食疗。(4)此汤性质平和,男女老少皆适宜。
