如果以国际法为专业，对于法律英语的的提高我的建议如下：1、多读案例。在以案例法为主体的普通法系国家，binding case的重要性不言而喻，在这些先例中，最重要的是法官的Opinion, 这部分会涉及很多法律概念及其范畴、构成要素等等，还有对法学理论的论述以及对其他案例的分析。同时在case的其他部分你也能学到很多程序性词汇。2、如果对法学理论更感兴趣，那么就多读英文的法学著作，最好是有中文翻译出版的，这样你在拜读英文原著的同时，能够对照相应的中文版，才能更好理解专业词汇和 法学理论的内涵；3、另外如果对特别领域的系统概念想更了解，那么读相关的statutes也是很有用的。4、法律写作么，觉得美国的法学院的IRAC模式还是很有用的，即使你是大陆法系的学生，学会了也是很有用的，对培养基础法律思维也是非常有用的。如上是我个人的灌点，呵呵不过对于法律日语我就真不清楚了……以后有机会请教下日本法律同学在说吧……
