你好：英文书信的格式 248 Park Street (寄信人住址) Taipei, Taiwan 105 September 8, 2002 (写信日期) Dear Susan, (称呼) I enjoyed reading your letter very much. ……………………………………………………………………………… ………………… Your friend, (结尾) Joe (签名) 1、信纸的右上角写上日期，如September 8，也常用简写Sep. 8；非正式的信件，年代常省略；正式的书信则不只会写上年代，还会把发信者的住址写在日期的上方。 2、接下来在信纸的左方写收信人的称呼语，通常用Dear开始，再接着写名字(一般都用first name )，如Dear Susan (亲爱的苏珊)；至于名字的后面则通常打上逗号或留白。 3、称呼语写完后，通常会先空一行才开始写信的本文。 4、本文结束后，再写上结尾语，如See you (再见)、( With) Best wishes(祝你平安)、Yours always (永远是你的挚爱)、Yours ever (永远爱你的)、Your friend (你的友人)、Truly yours (挚友)、Sincerely yours或Yours sincerely或Sincerely (最诚挚的友人)、Love (爱人，避免用在两个男士间的信件)…等。
