最关键的是要以一颗平常心去对待高考。考试焦虑是一种临考前常见的内心感到紧张的情绪反应。心理学中有一个定律叫做叶克斯一多得森法则，是心理学家叶克斯和多得森发现的。该定律描述了焦虑程度和解决问题的效率之间的关系，即二者之间的关系呈“倒U型曲线”：焦虑程度过高和焦虑程度过低时的效率都很低，而中等焦虑时的效率最高。所以，适度的考试焦虑有利于提高学习效率和学习成绩。一般而言，考试焦虑是由各种压力和个人的性格等因素造成的。考试时，最冤枉的事莫过于记住的知识想不起来，会做的题目束手无策，简单的运算出现错误，这种现象在考生中并不鲜见。例如有一位考生这么说：“就学习时间而言，似乎已到了我的极限。我觉得平时学得还可以，大部分习题都能做对，但考试时却不知怎么搞的，该对的做不出来，不该错的却偏偏出错，成绩总是不理想，这使我紧张不安，甚至有点儿害怕考试。”出现这种现象的主要原因，在于考生没有使自己处于最佳应试状态，情绪过于紧张，无法充分集中注意力，不能调控自己的内部心理状态和外部操作活动，从而影响自己真实水平的发挥。那么如何将紧张程度调控到中等水平，维持最佳应试状态呢？1�保持充足的睡眠。有些考生为抓紧时间多学知识，剥夺部分睡眠时间，这是一种极其愚蠢的做法。睡眠可消除疲劳，防止大脑因活动过度而产生抑制，而且可以为新陈代谢补充营养，使人集中注意力，增加记忆效率，思维反应敏捷，想像力丰富。所以复习越是紧张，越要保证充足的睡眠。在复习考试阶段，考生必须睡足8小时。曾有这样一位考生，活泼聪明，学习刻苦，平时学习成绩较好，家长、教师对他的期望值很高，希望他在考试时取得更加优异的成绩，于是在临考前不切实际地给他加压，使他每天晚上12∶30左右才能上床睡觉，早晨6∶30又得起床读书。一个阶段过后，该生的成绩不但没有进步，反而因在规定的时间内完不成试卷上的全部内容而落后于本来不如他的其他同学，家长很是着急。那么为什么原来能在规定的时间内完成试卷上的全部内容，而现在不能了呢？更深层的原因是其反应、思维速度变慢了，对外界刺激的敏感性下降了。侵占了睡眠时间，在疲劳状态下学习，大脑皮层某些部位由于长时间工作产生超限抑制而难以正常工作。也就是说，在他学习时，大脑并非百分之百地投入到学习过程中去，可能某些部位已经“睡着了”，不能工作了。这样势必影响学习速度，本来已经掌握的内容难以在短时间内反映出来，或者根本就束手无策。经常在这样的状态下学习，形成了不良的习惯，那么到考试时也处于这种状态，这必然会阻碍他的答题速度。因此在这种不遵循生理规律的“意志”和压力驱动下所进行的疲劳战不可能带来好的学习结果，相反因为消耗了大量宝贵的心理能量而只能得不偿失。2�摄入充足的营养。营养是一个人生长发育和从事各种活动的主要能源。营养不良，会影响人体发育和大脑机能，严重的会出现头昏眼花、注意力涣散、思维反应迟缓等症状，降低工作效率。复习考试是一项极其复杂的脑力活动，更需要摄入充足合理的营养供给大脑。“废寝忘食”强调了意志在学习中的作用，但却违背了学习的生理规律，所以在复习考试时不宜提倡。3�进行必要的体育锻炼。经过一段时间的学习后，必须进行休息，或者是静止性休息如睡眠，或者是活动性休息如体育锻炼。休息既可以防止疲劳，又可以消除疲劳，而对于主要从事脑力活动的考生说，体育锻炼更有利于防止和消除疲劳。通过体育锻炼，人体不断分解、消耗原有能量，合成、再生新能量，增强人体各大系统的功能，提高反应灵活性，增强效率和考试效果。4.不断变换学习内容和学习方法。任何单一的活动持续时间过长，都会引起人的厌倦疲劳，注意力分散，从而降低学习工作效率。所以要不断变化学习内容和学习方式，避免单科独进，方法单一，使各科内容交替进行，耳眼口手脑并用，听说读写算并进，学习方式多样化。用新的方式学习新的内容时，对原有的学习来说实质上就是一种休息，这样高效地利用时间，可以更快更好地获取知识。5.考试前一天以休息为主，在放松状态下“随便翻翻”笔记和书本，此时不宜再记新的内容和钻研未搞懂的。一般说来，这时新学的内容，考到的可能不大，却会与脑中的内容相互干扰，搅混，使脑子变得沉重，过于紧张。6.考试前做好必要的物质准备。如准备好考试时使用的笔墨，为熟悉考试环境，可提前到达考场，免得因准备不足或迟到而惊慌失措，干扰答卷。7.轻装上阵，适当降低求胜动机。虽然考试成绩要考完以后一段时间才能知道，但从某种意义上说，其成绩在考前就已经决定了，不管想得到多高的分数，考生此时的水平就是他的真实水平。因此考生无须忧心忡忡，顾虑考试的成败得失；也不可异想天开，不切实际地提高自己的志向水平。你所要做的一切就是顺其自然，发挥出你现有的实际水平。8.在战略上藐视考试，在战术上重视考试。应该相信自己经过长时间的复习已准备充分，经过多次模拟考试已积累了许多经验，心理也得到了较好的训练，考试并不可怕，这是应试总的策略。但在具体解每一道题时，应认真细心，重视每一细节，尽力不丢一分。“信心”和“细心”可保证你考试取得成功。所以你在复习中应该保持平常心，尽量缓解自己的考试焦虑症，减缓自己的高考心理压力，下面给你介绍几种缓解压力的方法，希望能对你有所帮助。●饮食减压法。应大量摄取诸如草莓、洋葱头、菜花、菠菜、水果等富含维生素C的食品；●运动减压法。考生应学会抓住间隙时间进行体育锻炼。如在学习间隙进行伸伸腰、踢踢腿、做做深呼吸等小活动；●转移减压法。学会自我调试，及时放松自己，如参加各种体育活动、放学后泡泡热水澡、与家人、朋友聊天、双休日抽出时间出游，还可以利用各种方式宣泄压抑的情绪等等；●环境减压法。营造安静的家庭学习和休息氛围，为孩子安排好饮食等。家长在考前应积极与孩子进行亲子沟通；●睡眠减压法。首先家庭应为孩子营造一个安静的休息环境，其次针对考前睡眠时间少、身心过度疲劳，考生应进行多时段的睡眠；建立有规律的起居；●过渡减压法。应该慢慢减小学习强度和减少学习时间，采取过渡调节方式，不应放开书本不管。最后还想给你说一些，正确认识高考，确定合理的目标正确地认识高考，有助于我们进行针对性地复习。高考是一种分层筛选型的考试，其目的就是将不同水平的学生分别筛选出来送往不同层次不同水平不同类型的高校进行学习。因此，高考试题有一定的区分度，一般而言，基础题40分，中挡题40分，高难题20分。有的人对高考试题难度估计过高，在偏、怪、难等题型上大做文章，结果忽视了对基础知识的掌握，在考试中小题不会做，大题也做不来。所以在高考复习中，你应该根据高考的特点狠抓基础知识和基本技能，在此基础上，适当地加大练习的容量和难度，做到“以不变应万变”；另一方面要根据自己平时的学习成绩和复习的情况，确立合理的考试目标。一些人总是希望自己在高考时考出高分，把自己的“理想分数”定得过高，人为地造成自己心理上的紧张。其实考试最终还是要靠自己的综合实力，决不是靠碰巧就能获得成功的，因此在高考中必须确定合理的目标，而不能盲目地把自己的考试成绩定得过高。最后希望你能正确认识高考，减轻心理压力、轻装上阵，高考成功！！！1950~2006高考试题及答案年全国各省高考试题及答案下面这个是WORD版本：年全国各地高考试题及答案：年全国各地高考试题及答案：年高考试题集锦年全国各地高考试题及答案年全国高考试卷年各地高考试题及答案年高考试题及答案汇编年全国各地高考试题： 历年高考英语试题/十年高考英语试题
